Shelley Ross, A.P.R.N., specializes in geriatric medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and has spent the past 20 years focused on improving health care for geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities. She has a strong interest in closing the communications gap over the transition from the hospital to acute or long-term care to help ensure accuracy and continuity of treatment plans and avoid readmissions.
