Seth Smith, Ph.D., is a professor of radiology and radiological sciences and of biomedical engineering at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He also serves as director of the Center for Human Imaging at Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science (VUIIS) and associate director of the VUIIS. His research centers around MRI advances in images of the spinal cord and small nerves and tissues outside the brain.
