R. Daniel Beauchamp, M.D., is the J.C. Foshee Distinguished Professor of Surgery and a professor of cell and developmental biology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and co-leader of the Gastrointestinal Cancer Research Program at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. His research focuses on colorectal carcinogenesis, TGF-β signaling, and the biology of cancer cell invasion and metastasis.
