Elise McMillan, J.D., is co-director of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, director of community engagement and public policy at the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center, and a senior associate in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her research interests focus on inclusive higher education, employment for neurodiverse people and health and quality of life for neurodiverse people and their families.
