Joseph R. Starnes, M.D., M.P.H., is a pediatric cardiology fellow at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His research interests focus on pulse oximetry screening, global health programming and risk prediction in Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
