Bassel W. Abou-Khalil, M.D., is a professor of neurology, director of Epilepsy Center, and program director of the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His research focuses on clinical epilepsy, including seizure semiology, anti-seizure medications, epilepsy surgery, development of new therapies, and epilepsy genetics.
