Elizabeth J. Phillips, M.D., is John Oates Chair of Clinical Research and a professor of medicine specializing in infectious diseases, pharmacology and dermatology and pathology, immunology, and microbiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She serves as director of Vanderbilt’s Center for Drug Safety and Immunology and is an international expert on drug hypersensitivity syndromes.
