Digna R. Velez Edwards, Ph.D., is a genetic epidemiologist, an associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology and biomedical informatics, director of the Division of Quantitative Sciences in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and director of the Women’s Health Research Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her research focuses on genetic risk factors related to women’s health and reproductive outcomes.
