David J. “D.J.” Kennedy, M.D., is a professor and chair of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is on the board of directors for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and runs its Inclusion and Engagement Committee. He is also on the board of directors and vice president for the Spine Intervention Society. His practice focuses on non-operative and interventional spine care.
