Bruce Carter, Ph.D., is an associate director of the Vanderbilt Brain Institute, an investigator at the Kennedy Center for Research and Humanities, and a professor of biochemistry at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His research specialty is development of the peripheral nervous system, particularly molecular mechanisms of neurotrophin signaling.
