Young J. Kim, M.D., Ph.D., is the Barry and Amy Baker Chair in Laryngeal, Head and Neck Research; associate director of the Vanderbilt Institute for Infection, Immunology and Inflammation; and a professor of otolaryngology, pathology, microbiology and immunology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is also co-leader of the translational research and interventional oncology research program in the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center. His research focuses on the development of novel immunotherapeutic modalities for solid tumors and the immunologic understanding of the human tumor microenvironment.
