M. Benjamin Shoemaker, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His research projects range from electrophysiologic phenotyping of patients with cardiac arrhythmia syndromes; genomics research through collaboration with large, multicenter consortia; and phase 2 randomized, controlled trials of investigational drugs for atrial and ventricular arrhythmias.
