Derek J. Williams, M.D., M.P.H., is an associate professor of pediatrics and chief of the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. His research centers on pneumonia and other respiratory illnesses in children.
